Raoul Pal’s own website names The Culture Vault and links it directly to the Raster collection for 0x3a4c619284748869eb3ab16494b461256b72f875. OpenSea identifies the public profile as theculturevault.eth. Together, these records make the identity mapping public and unusually direct.
Pal is the co-founder and CEO of Real Vision and the founder of Global Macro Investor. Real Vision’s institutional biography records his earlier work co-managing the GLG Global Macro Fund after a career at Goldman Sachs. His significance here, however, is not a job title or a market forecast. It is the first-person collecting thesis attached to The Culture Vault.
On his site, Pal describes a collection focused on artists who recognised a new network: cultural provocateurs, generative pioneers and makers of early on-chain culture. That framing treats the collection as evidence of a cultural transition. The public Raster route turns the thesis into an inspectable group of works instead of an unsupported claim about taste.
The XCOPYBook snapshot dated 10 August 2026 records 13 KnownOrigin editions across 13 distinct XCOPY works in the attributed wallet. The group moves from scarce ten-copy releases through late-2019 editions and into the final KnownOrigin sequence of 2021. Each statement below is tied to that date; it is not a prediction of later custody or a valuation.

It connects Pal’s collection directly to the image family around which Doomed DAO formed. No reviewed membership record establishes Pal as a Doomed DAO member. The strongest supported stewardship claim is public legibility. Pal has attached his name to The Culture Vault, stated a collecting thesis and linked visitors to a wallet-level collection. No independently verified museum loan, collector-organised XCOPY exhibition, formal archive or preservation programme attributable to Pal was found in this review. Those activities remain unknown.
